Magnolia Court Suites

My wife, son, and I recently stayed in the Palm Cottage (we rented the Camellia Suite last year) and had a wonderful experience; comfortable, peaceful, clean, well-appointed. It was precisely what we needed--a two week oasis of fun and relaxation. Jackie and Duncan were consummate hosts--helpful, attentive, and gracious. We plan to return as often as we're able. I'd give it as many stars as is permitted!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at the Craftsman and Palm cottages! They are well maintained and beautifully decorated! We especially enjoyed the Craftsman's outdoor spaces with coffee on the front porch and wine out back with the gas fire pit table. I highly recommend the cottages. Jackie and Duncan were excellent hosts!

A rare find in the world today! No worries, be HAPPY!! When you book at Magnolia Court Suites you can be sure that Jackie and Duncan will have everything ready for you to enjoy. It is impeccably clean, calm, quiet, safe, and in the perfect location to walk all over Beaufort. Jackie and Duncan respond quickly to any questions or concerns. We stayed 2 weeks at the Palm Cottage. Perfect for our party of 3 with 2 king beds , 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and very well stocked kitchen to cook and bake. Nice big tv to watch from dining room and living room, has a front porch, a back screened-in porch, and back patio as well. Prices are very reasonable...great value!!

My husband and are are thrilled to have the opportunity to stay in Magnolia Court Suites. We were in town for a funeral and really just wanted somewhere close to downtown with easy access to what we needed. This location provided that for us. The location has the charm of Beaufort with warm appeal. The suite we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hosts Jackie and Duncan were so incredibly nice. Inside we were greeted with a brochure with tidbits about Beaufort. The bed and linens were very comfy. The washer and dryer were a nice addition and very quiet when used. We had everything we needed from appliances, cutlery, and linen. Having a nice and comfortable place to rest our head was priceless. We've resolved that when we return to Beaufort we will stay here again.

My wife and I spent 9 weeks in 2025 at the Craftsman Cottage at Magnolia Court and loved it so much that we had to return in 2026. Sadly we were only able to stay for 7 weeks this time due to timing conflicts. The Craftsman cottage is well equipped and beautifully appointed with period pieces. The owners, Jackie and Duncan Elliott, went out of their way again looking after our every needs. The gardens and facilities are beautifully well maintained and we enjoyed watching them come back to life after a hard winter. Sorry that we will miss their full beauty again this year. A wonderful place to spend a winter or even a cozy weekend away.

The Palm Cottage was a wonderful respite for my family and I for four nights. Jackie and Duncan have literally thought of everything a guest could possibly need during a stay and provided it. The place is immaculately clean, very well appointed, and it’s in a great location to enjoy the very best of Beaufort with minimal travel from the cottage. Having stayed at several inns and B&B’s in the area, the comfort, cleanliness and hospitality of Magnolia Court far exceeds the others.

We stayed 7 nights in the Camellia Suite at Magnolia Court and loved it. Duncan and Jackie were very welcoming, approachable and great hosts. The suite was more spacious than expected which made us feel even more relaxed and comfortable. It was incredibly well appointed with everything you could imagine, very clean and modern. The location is perfect: a short walk from downtown and up to Pigeon Point in a tranquil neighbourhood as well as being private and secure. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely stay here without a doubt. Thank you Duncan and Jackie, you really elevated our vacation. David and Isla.

Stayed in the Manhattan Suite. These units are immaculate and comfortable and set up like actual apartments. The kitchen is remarkably well stocked with all of the kitchen gadgets you would need to seriously cook or bake. I don't think I have ever been in a rental where the kitchen even included a rolling pin and an electric egg beater. Plenty of coffee and tea and basic spices and oils were stocked as well. The unit has a washer and dryer and, once again, the innkeepers provided enough detergent to handle several loads of laundry. The innkeepers were easy to reach by SMS and friendly. Had a few nice face to face chats and we were even able to check in early. The neighborhood has a bunch of nice places to walk and it is a short drive downtown. Definitely a place to which we will return on our next trip to Beaufort.
